If Zero was an option I would have chosen it LITERALLY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD ! .. We went to get our puppy from grants pass today. We live in bend. About noon on 8/2 we stopped by the Valvoline on 3rd street for a trip check and to have my oil changed. Everything went smooth and quick. Paid them the $100 they charge. Trusting them I drove to grants pass, get there and my car was smoking horribly and I checked the oil and it was bone dry. Due to someone not checking their work correctly( and the rest of the crew communicating it was safe) the seal must have not been put on correctly or they failed to put the plug in it because there is no way that much oil drained out of it in basically 4 hours Had to use 5 quarts of oil to putt myself back to bend because there was so much leaking out. took me 6 hours with how bad it was smoking ( its a 3 hour 44 min drive ) . Smoked the whole way ! Not only embarrassing but also extreamly bad for my engine. I have not had issues with my vehicle yet. Until this poor work from your employees . I swear if something happens to my engine in my new financed vehicle due to the lack of experience you guys are hiring . I will be calling my lawyer. Completly unacceptable .. we trust you guys to work on our vehiles for SAFTEY . not make it worse. I have NEVER been that scared my vehicle was gonna explode. We trust you guys to work on our vehicle because you portray its safe. This was definitely NOT. DO BETTER.
