Valvoline Instant Oil Change

First time having my oil changed here. I was in and out in 9 minutes, pretty darn good. Friendly staff they were on it.

They don't accept online coupons and the car wash scratched my paint terribly. There also wasn't a person online and the tech was overly concerned about stopping at a small stop sign in the parking lot.

Please keep in mind that we have had two vehicles only ever get oil chnages here. We were very trusting and never had any issues until now. And will never return. We had an oil change done September 20th 2025 where it looked like they had sprayed off something under the hood and was something that was never done before. Didnt think much of it we then drove about 200 hundred miles when the check engine light came on. I checked the oil and it was over filled so I called the oil shop and explained what was going on. They offered to have it towed back to the shop and even paid $250 for the towing them selves so they could drain some of the oil to cover up their mistake. After it was towed we noticed an oil leak in the parking space. They called us back and said the check engine light was due to needing new spark plugs. We took it to another shop to replace the spark plugs and still had check engine light on. They did a full diagnostic and said the car had a blown head gasket do to over filling the oil. We made a clam with the customer care. They said they would get it resolved and we would hear back with in 48 hours but didnt hear back for almost a week. We called to follow up and found out that the manager of the shop is also the marketing manager and regional manager. All claims are ran through him so he has to accept or denie them and guess what the "Manager" did? He denied our claim of course.
