Staff was rude went in for an oil change on 5-3-24, drove to Bakersfield field California 5-4-24 but broke down in Redding California. They overfilled my oil which made my truck misfire and now my engine is damaged. And on top of that I drained the oil that I paid 125 for was black. It looks like they just added the new oil on top of my old oil. My truck takes 8 quarts of oil and the oil that I drained over filled the 11 quart pan. Now my truck is in the shop and I don’t know how I will get me and my family back to Oregon. All thanks to the unprofessional staff. Please do something about your staff because you definitely lost a customer and I will now make it my life’s passion to make sure no one goes to you guys again.

I've never been to an establishment that wouldn't honor All coupons related to that company. Only mail in coupons were honored which I didn't have. Also I've never paid 108 dollars for an oil change at my usual valvoline location in Newport OR. The only positive from this location is that it was the fastest oil change I've received to date.
