I was surprised at the price I paid for oil change 74.00 is way more than i expected to pay i am on a limited income and that hurt i expected to pay around 50.00 so i really had to dig for money to pay .

They had a hard time even finding my vehicle in the computer system, even though I had already had service at this location before.After the service was complete, I tried to use the coupon that Valvoline had sent me as a 4th of July promotion and they would not accept it and said, "Those are corporate coupons and has nothing to do with us!" I tried to say that the email coupon had this location on it and I was cut off and then the rudeness level went extreme and was told the "value is built into their pricing" and they give a free car wash instead. I let them know I was not interested in mechanical car washes and then the guy rolled his eyes at me. I just don't understand why Valvoline sends out promotional coupons and deals with a specific location listed and then that specific location refuses to honor them. I never had this problem with Midas service centers and I am not sure I want to continue using Valvoline centers ever again...

I like this particular Valvoline! The car wash is a fantastic add-on, and the employees are always quick and efficient and friendly. It's set up for easy in and easy out. We actually live in Portland, and as we were visiting the coast waited to get the oil changed at this specific Valvoline rather than deal with the lengthy lines and poor lane control that is Portland in general.
