The technician did not check my air filter, did not top off any if my vehicle's fluids, he just stood at the computer looking around. I had to ask him to check my airfilter and let me look at it. He stripped a bolt that held my airfillter in place, as well. He never did check my vehicles break fluid, or wiper fluid. I also had to remind him about checking the air pressure in the tires, he said he forgot about checking them. This was the worse service I ever had at Valvoline, and I always use Valvoline for my cars service.
