Asked to make sure all fluids were topped off. Reserve reservoir for coolant was completely empty as we found out when we filled up with gas. Also our windshield wiper fluid was not filled. In the past, but not this time, the tech did nit really know how to install windshield wipers.The constant upsell offerings are annoying, but i simply decline if not needed. Occasionally i will go for the air filters if they are diety, so this is not really a problem. overall, i an hapoy with the value and convenience of this Valvoline station.

There was zero communication while waiting in line. They didn't direct people to one line or the other. I waited in line over an hour. People that arrived after me, that were in the line beside me were helped before me. 1 person came to the window and asked if they could scan the code on my door, other than that, not one word in over an hour. No one ever said thanks for ypur patience, sorry about the wait. I don't want to hear them argue over who goes to lunch next. I don't want to hear them curse. And stopping working on my car, while walking away, talking on your phone all add up to a very unprofessional visit.
