Good service very fast and got oil and air filter changed

Normally I don't leave reviews for friends or family but the experience that my friend told me this weekend that she had last Thursday or Friday made me so mad that I felt compelled to leave this review. She went there for an oil change only. The mechanic there sold her a battery and told her it could go out in a week or even many months down the road and recommended a battery change. She has zero knowledge on cars and took his word that the battery should be replaced. Also sold her a radiator flush telling her that someone had put just straight water in the radiator and showed her. She said there was no rust in the radiator that she could see, but it did appear not be void of coolant mixed with the water. I asked her if she has been having issues starting her car lately and she said no she hasn't so I asked her why the mechanic recommended a battery. She said that made sense but didn't think about that at the time. Like I said at the beginning she went in to get an oil change. She spent over 500 dollars there because she trusted what they were telling her. She didn't need a battery as there were no issues with starting her car. Why recommend replacing the battery when there were no issues starting the car or with the battery losing it's charge between trips? I don't konw. I hope this company is honest and doing the right thing by their customers man or woman.

They do well at there job and helping customers
