The tech assigned to my car was evidently new and not very experienced. She was moved to a truck in the next bay that seemed to have complex services being done. There were long stretches where nothing was being done with my car and nobody updated me on what was happening. Eventually, the tech in the pit came up and added oil to my car. He then left and someone else showed me the dipstick. Overall, it was a good experience but took longer than I was used to at this location.

You know I dont think im going to continue using valvoline cuick change facility anymore....I take my moms kia sorrento (4cyl.) in for a conventional change bear in mind im used to the time not long ago when that was like a $29.99 process and now its 50.99 and they upcharge me for a 'premium filter' I was not asked and an extra charge for additional oil it totals $59.48 which in my opinion has become unacceptable. I have to scour the web to find a coupon to make it even close to not being robbery...I can remember when they had a sign up offering $19.99 conventional which was pretty much the norm until now. I go in there with my $16 coupon expecting to pay $34.99 which is my limit and I get charged an extra $8.49...really annoyed about that and probably wont use again unless I have a half off coupon...very dissapointed Val

When they opened the hood of my car they found a creature had moved in and made a bed!!! I had never heard of this!! The staff explained what could be done, where to purchase, and took time to help!! I loved the kindness of the staff, got my oil changed, and a $10 deduction with my coupon!

There was an employee in training (Adrianne per our invoice) - she was very friendly and you could tell she was really trying to learn. Also, Rick Holden acknowledged that the rear drain plug on our rear differential was stripped by someone at that location (only place we've had that service done) and told us to come back if there were any problems.
