Also, Rick Holden acknowledged that the rear drain plug on our rear differential was stripped by someone at that location (only place we've had that service done) and told us to come back if there were any problems.

The service representative approached my car and greeted me. I told him I had a $10 discount coupon for an oil change. He said, we’ll get to that once inside. Once inside, a different representative asked me to open the hood and I told him I needed the synthetic oil for the VW specification. He agreed and told me the price of $130. I agreed. The technician underneath the car began the service, the representative asked me several questions, mileage, wipers?…I was distracted from reminding him about the $10 coupon. He asked me to start the car and rev the engine to 2000 rpm for 10 seconds, shut the car off. He showed me a dip stick with “full” measurement. He gave me a mileage window sticker. He asked for payment and I gave him a credit card. Another mechanic closed the hood and asked me to pull up. I remembered to ask about my $10 discount coupon. It’s too late he said. I was disappointed because I had made a point to get that discount initially, but was distracted in the final moments of the transaction.
