All service was explained except the cost of the internal cabin filter, which I would have done regardless, but $55 for an 8 x 10 paper filter and three minutes to install is, in my view, exorbitant.

Only one bay was open, due to staffing (it may have been lunch break) That's fine. I understand that.But the attendant was asking all vehicles waiting to pull up very close to the ONE open bay door.But now, more staff arrives, and they want to open the second bay. Because the attendant already had all the waiting card pull forward, now he had to ask them all to back up, to make room for the next vehicle to move over to the second bay door.This was all TOTALLY UNNECESSARY. Simply have the next vehicle in line wait further back, so that it can be directed into EITHER bay, as bay availability changes.At this location (Florence, OR) there is plenty of space available to do this without cars backing up into traffic, etc.

The team members placed the oil filter on incorrectly. It pinched and broke the o ring. This caused a horrible oil leak within a minute of leaving the facility. I returned within minutes and the manager replaced oil filter and o ring. The inside of my car engine was covered with oil. It was minimally cleaned up but it was left inside my engine which the promptly leaked all over my driving, parking spots, etc. when asking this facility to take accountability and clean the engine they refused and the manager was a bit of a smartalic to my husband. We would have been loyal customers with just a friendly agreement to clean out our engine. We know have to take it to a repair shop and pay to clean up a mess that was not our fault and not sure if all that oil has damaged anything permanently. Better teach those young men how to go the extra mile for damages they caused.
