2.0 out of 5.0

Went to get my oil changed in my Subaru that has a turbo. After they drained my oil, they told me that they didn’t have any more of my synthetic oil in stock. They offered to use a synthetic blend, but then when I looked it up. It said the synthetic blend is not safe for my car. I pushed back-and-forth with them and the assistant manager got a manager on the phone. I told him the only thing I would be happy with would be using the synthetic blend for a couple days until they got my full synthetic back in stock and they would replace it for free. At that time they magically found some more synthetic drums downstairs…. That’s what I was told…. But when The assistant manager filled my oil up. I noticed it wasn’t from a new can. It was from a half full can. I believe they used synthetic blend but I have no way to prove it. I will never be going back to them for any oil changes. And I advise others not to as if your oil is Not in stock, they won’t tell you until they’ve already drained your current oil from your Car.
