Must Read Before Going Here! I normally don’t leave reviews like this, but I had a really bad experience here. I've always taken my Jeep to the same dealership where I bought it new. My Jeep just passed it's waranty and I had 60k miles so why not take it to Valvoline? I brought my Jeep in specifically for several fluid services, including the transmission. Not long afterward I started having serious transmission problems and eventually the Jeep became undriveable. I had it towed to the dealership and what they found was extremely concerning considering the service I had just paid for. I NEED A NEW TRANSMISSION, they did not fill my fluids back up properly. There goes $11,000... I tried reaching out to Valvoline and even showed up in person to speak with the locaiton to get some answers and resolve the situation, but unfortunately I was met with denying and rude people. They refuse to show me the video they have of the service being done and expect for me to take their word. Both Jeep and the second opinion shop said Valvoline is at fault 100% I’m now dealing with a very expensive transmission replacement. I really wish they would have taken the situation seriously and worked with me instead of leaving me to deal with it on my own.
