Recently waited over 1 hour from pulling in to leaving for mediocre service where they try to sell you on everything. For example, I just cleaned my air filter and they said it was dirty and needed to replace. Another customer wrote regarding how they decrease mileage for your next oil return so I looked this up and it is valid. Subaru recommends 6k miles or 6 months, they put 4k and 3 months. Ridiculous! I will not be coming back.

Sorry for any confusion about the reminder sticker! At VIOC, we're in the business of maintaining your vehicle, we encourage you to stop by at the 3K mile mark for a quick check between services. As long as you’re using the recommended oil, feel free to stick to your manufacturer’s maintenance schedule.

Shaun Asst Manager was super rude when they made a mistake of entering oil change under my old car instead of new one. Instead of apologizing he said we make make mistakes and I am trying to educate you. If there was a zero star I will give them that. I am reconsidering my trust in Valvoline and extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service. I have worked in customer service for over 40 years and would never become aggressive and talk down to a customer.Tanesbourne 185th location, Hillsboro. So deeply offensive.
