The attendant was fairly abrupt in relating to my car issues.argued with me regarding upward cost of my last oil change. I finally said moving on! For a full synthetic oil & filter change for my vehicle was $117.00. With $10 off( use to be $15 to $20) it came to $107.00. Last time I was at this Valvoline center it was $65 with a $20 coupon( $85) $32 dollar increase.I might as well take my car to my mechanic. Not so sure I will be returning to Valvoline for future oil changes.

I always get my service done here. Close to home, friendly service, they recognize me as a return customer each time, they take extra care of what needs to be done and reports it to Carfax.
