I called and asked pricing and availability of the transmission fluid exchange versus the dealership, where I normally go for car services. I was told the price and that the shop could perform the work. Upon arriving I agreed to the transmission fluid flush and then being informed that they were not able to do the work due to the location or access to something on my vehicle. This is very frustrating. My vehicle is a 2020 RAV4, with tens of thousands on the road, why offer this service if you are not able to perform the work?
