Got an oil change a month ago. Went back two days ago spent $200+ bucks for an other oil change. Wyatt the technician recommended we get a “ rear differential seal” because our light would turn on for “oil pressure”. Turns out we had a leak. When brought up they said “ technician should’ve told you that and it was a miscommunication”. A decent company won’t have you spend $200+ and say it’s not on them since they aren’t mechanics but they are the ones putting oil on the truck. We have audio recordings when we brought this up. One of the technicians said “we legally don’t have to tell you” as if something is wrong. All they want here is money.
