They almost put the wrong oil in my car since they just assumed and didn’t ask what type of oil I was in for. I got synthetic or was supposed to, honestly not sure what they ended using. Usually the synthetic oil is changed every 5 months or 5000 miles. The sticker they gave me was for 3months/3000 miles. So they could’ve given me the wrong oil and made me pay for synthetic. Shady shady shady

They changed the back blinker bulb but he forgot to the old bulb on the lip of the trunk so when I opened it there was shattered glass. When I called about it a gentleman named juan answered and I’ve never received such POOR customer service! He was just silent when I explained and then said well we close in 2 minutes. No appology, no nothing. I repeated that I would like to speak to a manager and he refused. I told him I would appreciate being transferred and he said no. Needless to say I was NOT happy!!! So I called back the next day and found out that he was from the call center, not my local store. The Keizer asst manager was more than helpful and earned my business back. But Juan needs to learn how to deal with an upset customer rather than upsetting them more! Please follow up. Thank you!
