they made me feel welcome to do the service on my car. they did not have one filter i nedded so the man doing my service asked me if i would wait out side the service area untill the part needed could be brought there from a distributor. they told me it would be about 15 minutes. I may not have ben that long before it was there, I did and I am glad because now my air conditioner works so much better. I was very pleased with how they did the work and explained to me each thing they did,
