The girl in the shop decided that rather than asking for help getting my oil cap off she would use the biggest pair of NEEDLE NOSE pliers she could find, not channel locks, NEEDLE NOSE and she destroyed my old cap and scratched my valve covers beyond repair. If I could give zero stars I would. Asking for help is not a sign of weakness destroying someone’s property because you are too proud to ask for assistance is never the right answer. I’ll now be re painting my valve covers and replacing my plastic oil cap because it looks like someone took a grinder to it. Don’t go here if you value your vehicle. I paid over 100$ to get my motor beat on with a 12” set of needle nose pliers while the men in the shop sat back and watched her ruin my vehicle.

So I got my old change about less than a week. Ago and somehow my e c m got shorted out after the oil change.And now it's in the shop.Probably not gonna go there again my mechanic sticking when they took off my l.Filter, it must have touched something and arked my ecm now it's stuck in reduced power mode.Great
