Staff was great as always and even checked to see if cash had been taken in that day so they could run out and get my oil but unfortunately none had. I went in for my regular oil change only to be told the oil I use was out of stock and you will no longer be carrying it at any valvoline stores. A heads up would have been nice before I wasted my time and after all these years of loyal service I now have to find a new place to have my oil changed. Not happy. As a single female it is hard to find car places you trust that won't try to take advantage and that is exactly what I feel like has now just happened. If I want to stay a customer I have to pay for a higher priced oil I DON'T NEED because the company wants to be greedy. I drive a lot so my oil changes are done more frequently and paying for oil changes is already hard with my budget. I won't ever be coming back and I will no longer be recommending valvoline to anyone. In fact I probably won't be saying very nice things from now on.
