My change oil light was on. They said they could just turn it off or provide me with an oil change. He showed me the dip stick and the oil was clear but a little black wore off the stick so he recommended I change it. He could see on his screen that I only had 1,000 miles on the oil but failed to tell me that. Also he sold me an air cleaner because it had some particles at the bottom of this pure white air cleaner. I think they could have been just shaken out but I went ahead and purchased the new one. It had been a couple years since they last serviced it so I am sure the fresh oil was for the best. It obviously is a car my wife drives not very often and just to go to town. I am OK with what they did but had I been told it was only a 1000 miles I most likely not have it done at that time. But no harm done...

They never mentioned the price of the oil change. I did ask the price for replacing a headlight and was told $24.99, so I said yes to that being done. I presented a coupon for 20% off, for a savings up to $35. But when I got the invoice via email later, I found that they had given me only 15.7% off (for a savings of $18.24). By not giving the customer a paper or digital screen with their invoice on it before we sign for services, it allows them to charge incorrect amounts and/or not correctly honor the coupon which has been presented. This makes me think I should go elsewhere for my next oil change.
