Don't ask me how much I paid for my car. And, don't brag about previous jobs you've had. I returned the next day with my VW atlas and they didn't have the filter or the right oil. They sent me on. I went to jiffy lube down the street they actually took my $25off coupon because there wasn't tons of fine print that disqualifies your coupons from working. The tech helping me mumbled so much I couldn't understand him.

I was the 2nd car in line and waited almost 1 hour to even get inside to start my simple oil change. The problem with upselling clients on the spot for things such as transmission service is that it makes everyone behind them wait an enormous amount of time. If there are 2 bays, 1 should be dedicated to just oil changes (and minor things like light bulb replacements or air filter replacements) and the other bay should be for combo services (ie: transmission service, differentials, etc....). This way, someone like me doesn't get stuck waiting 1:45 total to get my oil changed. The staff was apologetic and communicated updates multiple times but it was still very inconvenient. Thank you.
