The staff were kind, knowledgeable, and communicated efficiently and effectively. Their communication skills were excellent, guaged by my understanding of each step in their methodology - each step was described in sufficient detail so that I clearly understood what was required of me, or what they were checking. The technician pointed out that I was on the low mark for my power steering fluid which, unfortunately, they did not carry. Still, the suggestion that I resolve the issue was much appreciated. My vehicle has been dealer serviced and this has never been pointed out, despite my own previous observations that the fluid was indeed at, or just below, the low mark. I understand most mopar vehicles ride this low line l, and it couldn't hurt to add a little to get it within the range indicated by the overflow tank. I will be sure to address this issue. So... 10/10 for the crew you have working in Mcminville, OR. They are top notch.
