It was very hot, around 100 degrees. The staff worked hard to keep us in line and next cars were moved in line to keep it continued without extra delay. Staff brought me water and was attentive. Great service and professionalism with attention to detail. The crew worked together very well. Made it a better experience than expected with the extreme heat outside and line of cars coming in. People willing to wait at this location as the just kept coming, and staff worked through and helped us all. They did not have my refrigerant to perform my AC service after oil change, yet directed me to other location that did. They gave me an option when I had none myself.Thank you!

Other than the long wait for a weekend, once I got into the bay for service, the staff was kind and worked quickly but efficiently to get my oil changed and get me back on the road. The tech that was keeping me in the loop with the status of everything checked my cabin air filter, and he offered to change it, but said he wouldn’t do it on his own car and didn’t want to pressure me into doing something he wouldn’t even do to his own car. I was very pleased, and felt like there was no pressure to do things that weren’t totally needed.
