As a mechanic, I understand people have different levels of mechanical aptitude. The first person who did the bottom side work made mistakes that caused me to have to return the next day. More training could have remedied this. When i pointed out all the grease fittings he had missed he commented to me that my truck was the first vehicle he had been asked to lube grease fittings. And when I initially asked the top side staff stated that he wasn't sure if they even had grease. This is one of the reasons I pay for a full service oil change. Greasing these fittings is critical for the safety and longevity of any vehicle. Top side staff later told me that now they only do it if the customer asks. My son used to work at this location. He says that wasn't the case when he worked there.

I was not greeted Everyone looked to over worked. I was never told what was being done to my car. I was told my wipers were bad and brittle... they are not. And in the end it was like cash or card and was not given a receipt or told how much it was. I had to look at my bank statement to even have an idea of what that cost and it was outrageous for an oil change!
