Purchased an air filter, which had to be brought over from the auto store, windshield wipers and an oil change, and it was done very quickly. My car needed some attention and it was completed from the comfort of my car. Thanks guys!!

To the Valvoline Team,
I would like to recognize the outstanding service and honesty I experienced at your Newberg location last week.
My oil-change sticker indicated that my vehicle would soon be due for service, so I stopped by expecting to have the oil changed. A very helpful young gentleman reviewed my vehicle’s information and explained that I had driven only approximately 1,800 miles since my previous oil change. Because I had used full synthetic oil, he advised me that I was still well within the recommended 5,000-mile interval.
He also explained that the reminder sticker had apparently been based on a 3,000-mile interval commonly used for conventional oil.
He did not have to share this information. He could have easily completed the oil change and accepted the revenue. Instead, he chose to be honest and look out for the customer’s best interest.
I was extremely impressed by his integrity, professionalism, and customer service. Employees like this build tremendous trust and are the reason customers feel confident returning to a business.
Please extend my sincere appreciation to him and recognize him for representing Valvoline so well.
