I had an oil change and transmission service where they had to take the skip plate off the bottom of the car so they could do the transmission. Abou a week later the skip plate fell off and was slapping under the car. I went back in to have it re installed which they did. after having the skip plate come off my car had a warning light for the emissions system so they checked my air filter. It needed to be replaced. In doing this service they broke the heads off of 3 of the 4 screws and could not close the air filter cover. I now have to go to the Honda dealer to have this repaired. I will be bringing that invoice back to the shop and ask that I get reimbursed for the cost.

I am currently suffering from back issues a simple movement like checking my tires requires a movement that almost makes me pass out.Becuase I didn't have the printed receipt I didn't see that air hadn't been added and I wasn't told so now I need to go back.

Even though we had to wait to get in the bay, once we were in there things were done quickly. The guy in the next bay was unhappy and swore up a storm. After he left, the staff apologized to me for having to hear that. I thought the staff was very reasonable to him but I think the guy was looking for any excuse to be upset. I was touched that they thought to apologize to me for having to listen to his swear filled rant. The manager gave me his card with a 20% discount because of the incident. The staff and the manager went above and beyond.
