I asked for an ac recharge in addition to my oil change. The crew checked my ac compressor and informed me that it needed to be replaced, so a recharge wouldn't help I was very grateful they took that extra time to check instead of just charging me for a worthless service.

We were waived into a line when we got there. Another car pulled up next to us in the other line about 20 minutes after we were there. They were helped at least 15 minutes prior to when we were helped. They were friends of one of the people there. The employee and his friends that he was helping, proceeded to gossip, cuss, and act completely unprofessional the whole time we were there. We never got an apology for being put into the wrong line which delayed us by at least 20 minutes. If I had had my cow in the car, I would have left because of the language and the unprofessionalism that was happening there by the younger stuff.
