I decided to give it another chance but someone always seems to fail at some portion of the service...or..oil spilled on engine is not cleaned up..this time a clip that holds the air filter box top on was also broken ... even though I requested that no air filter service was necessary because it's a TRD filter that I clean myself..the attendant did not tell the technician not to do it... I could see him wrestling with it and attempted to stop him..but he didn't hear me or ignored me...a new box isn't cheap
