I was first in line so no wait! I came in needing an oil change and blinker bulb replacement which I brought in my own bulbs. Mason directly me into the bay and let me know immediately how much it would be to do the blinker replacement. The other tech checked my oil and I didn’t quite need an oil change instead I just needed a top off. I appreciate the fact all employees were honest and didn’t try and upsell me on a full oil change and explain why I’d be okay with doing a top off. All around everyone was friendly and quick and knowledgeable. Again did not upsell and I can’t tell a business more that not being upsold or lied to will make me come back and spend more money with them!!! This is my second time here and both times have been just a breeze and lovely. Thank you!

Look, you should consider that the staff are not 100% of customer satisfaction when you suggest your "team members could have improved the score to make it a 5 star experience.Except for whom I presume to be the manager coming out and interrupting employee Mason while him and I were talking about my car, and complaining to him about the poor quality of closing last night, when in fact Mason had not been there for closing, the interaction with Mason and his team partner did an excellent job of being friendly, efficient, informative and courteous.Look at VALUE feedback. I gave you satisfied, for several reasons - 1) I appreciate the ability to not have to schedule in advance, and I know there is a price on that which I'm generally okay with. 2) I wont give you excellent on the whole on this visit, as I bought your cabin air filter. On line you sell it for 19.99 so subtracted from 54.99 price I paid, you charged $25 for installation. It 's NOT difficult/time consuming task- less than 5 minutes. 3) Your filter is not HEPA rated, prices online for HEPA vary from 18.15 - 23.72 for Subaru brand. For 19.99 I'd expect HEPA, not a filter that similar on line models are 9.99.

Manager was courteous but staff not very competent. During the change of oil , one of the employees drained the liquid of the front differential instead of the oil. It took over 10mn for the manager to inform me and apologize. Then he said that the change of oil will be no charge, that they will have to tow my car to dealership because they could not refill the liquid . Then the manager called his boss and I think he told him they could do it. After that it took some more time because they couldn’t replace the oil filter. Someone else realized that they had the wrong filter ! And finally the manager made me paid so didn’t keep his word and made me loose my time !!! Not good !
