Overall, I had a fine experience, as I usually do when I have my oil changed here. The frustrating thing was on their website it showed the current wait time at this location was 0-10 minutes, however, when I arrived there were three cars ahead of me and by the time my oil change was complete I had been there for almost an hour and a half.

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Thank you for reaching out, Jean. We strive to keep our wait times as low as possible; however, they can vary minute by minute due to our first-come, first-served policy and the range of services we offer beyond oil changes. We apologize that your wait was longer than expected.
