They upsell but take no for an answer and don't remove hoses or put filters in backwards to cause damage and try to make you think you should have purchased more services and possibly damage your car in doing so. Appreciated.

Hi! Today , I stopped at the Valvoline shop and ask their staff (Andrew) to add some transmission oil. (I already purchased correct transmission oil 2.0 for my car Acura MDX 2024 and had it with me). After the Mechanic looked at my car, Andrew told me that "they would NOT BE ABLE ADD Transmission oil because the plug is underneath the Car and it's not easily accessible" etc. Basically, the Valvaline shop which located on N.E. Weidler street, Portland Oregon DENIED me a SERVICE and refused to do a simple procedure to add Transmission Fluid to my Car!! To potential customers- please AVOID that Valvoline Shop because they just might to refuse to Service your Car!!
