Malik (Fuel System Cleanse) and told me what the process was. Step by step...told assured me that I was doing good keeping the RPMs going. Michael (Checked my headlights, blinkers, etc., and greeted me when I pulled in & told me that it was going to be about a 20-minute wait.I appreciated the other staff who assisted, but I did not remember their names. From the young woman who checked me in and asked what services I wanted, to the young man who got my service started and to the young man who took my payment. For it being almost 100 degrees, the entire staff was nice. What a great visit!

Waited over 30 minutes in line in the hot sun, needed my rear left blinker bulb replaced and after 15 minutes in the bay the attendant said they couldn’t help me today because they were having trouble getting the lightbulb housing opened/removed to replace the bulb. So they just said they couldn’t do it and sent me on my way with a rear left blinker that doesn’t work, so I’m in unsafe and technically illegal situations on the road until I can get into my mechanic. I don’t feel like they tried hard enough, and definitely didn’t ask anyone else there for help before they gave up. Not happy.
