We waited over 45 minutes just to get into the bay, where the website and emails boast a “0-15 minute wait,” the staff were disorganized and distracted so much so that we weren’t greeted, almost no one looked us in the eye and made a connection, staff were crisscrossing across all 3 bays so that no one seemed focused or organized, several customers were out of their cars and walking to the office to ask for the manager, the woman assigned to us seemed to have trouble with simple tasks and was not planted in the bay, and after 30 minutes in the bay and the oil change completion we sat for 5-10 minutes with the front hood up just waiting for someone to close it so we could leave (I was so annoyed I almost did it myself, the woman wasn’t even in the bay so we could have left easily). Not happy with this visit.
