On Saturday 7/6/2024 I came in for an Oil Change. Brizzy was helping me. He was immediately likable. I said yes to the air filter change and it turned out it was for the interior. OMG. The old one was horrible and my car has always smelled like dogs. There were leaves and even a feather on it. The new one is white and beautifully clean. I feel so blessed to have it. They always check all my lights and tires but I had new tires so today they didn't need checking. Then he was going to flush my transmission system but he asked me to come back when his manager would be there on Tuesday.Today I called and Jay, the manager, said to come in. I went in and they completed the Flushing of the Transmission system. They gave me a discount because I had to come back. I have hardly ever found the same employees when I come back. I've always liked them all. they are trained well in Customer Service and are just all-around. the kind of people I want to spend time with.

Your attendant guided us into the stall, he told us to pull our mirrors in and waved us in to the left on the yellow line. As we drove in the right rear of the RV hit the concrete corner and it tore our awning off. We were told this would be taken care of and then the next day your representative told us the claim was denied. This was not our fault but the fault of your attendant who was guiding us in.

They took the air filter out of my car, walked it out of the area, brought it back full of leaves. There was actually a full leaf sitting on top of the air filter, that had been added. I was going to change the air filter anyway, but they pulled that b.s ! Then, putting the air filter back in, he kept pounding and pounding on it. I am taking my car to another place to check for damage to my car and air filter.
