The process was very time efficient. Staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. One improvement would be to offer a paper receipt. I appreciate going paperless but need documentation for tax records and I didn't think to ask during the visit.Some assurance that the filter was changed would also be good. That happens (hopefully) under the car, so the customer doesn't know for sure. I've heard of experiences in which filters weren't actually changed.

Location, apparent knowledge, early hours, needed products availability and friendliness. At another location a technician opened the hood before I was in the bay and started putting engine coolant in without asking me. Had to go buy manufacturers antifreeze and flush the system. Should have asked me first, because I do all other fluids myself and use Mopar only.
