I’ve had good experiences at other Valvoline locations, but this one fell short. The team didn’t seem familiar with my vehicle and skipped basic checks. I watched them say the lights were done without actually checking them. They left grease under the hood, and when I asked for a wipe-down, they used a dirty, oily paper towel that made it worse.
They also gave incorrect information about mileage intervals, insisting they “only do 3,000 miles,” even though every other Valvoline I’ve been to puts 5,000 on the sticker. When checking my oil level, the tech didn’t use a towel and let oil drip into the engine bay. They also didn’t ask to reset my oil change reminder, which other locations always do without me needing to mention it.
It wasn’t one small mistake, it was the whole experience. Sloppy work, rushed attitude. Other Valvoline shops do much better. This location needs improvement.
