They recommended a head light replacement and I agreed to that. Then the guy took a Quick Look and said sorry I don’t know how to do that. Then they didn’t even check my tire pressure. I had to ask them to fill the tires. He didn’t even give me an answer or apologize but just did it.

a greeting, proper customer service, let me know that they stripped out my oil drain plug when it 1st happened, and when they had me in the bay for so long and give me excuses. They could’ve check my battery. They could’ve checked my tire pressure, but they did not, and then they dropped my hood from 4‘ in the air to shut it. Would not take ownership of the of the incident. They said it wasn’t them. Look at the service record. The vehicle since I’ve owned it has only been serviced by Valvoline now I need a new oil pan.
