Overall, the staff di a great job - it was actually the quickest I've been in and out of there! The only thing that's tough is the price, quite frankly. I know it's full synthetic, but over a $100 is a bit high. I was trying to find the $25 off coupon, but couldn't. MANY other times the manager would just give it to me since I'm a long time customer who brings all his cars there. A little disappointed on this, but it's ok. Need that $25 off to make it a bit more worth it!Overall...great job!

The guy in charge of entering in miles can’t hear, read, or write! He put in the computer my Chevy Colorado has over 1 million miles then when I told him he just hand wrote a new window sticker instead of fixing his error in the computer now CARFAX say over 1 million mile, he also did this with my 2015 Subaru wrx . Now CARFAX has a warning of odometer manipulation on 2 of my vechiles because this guy can’t enter in mileage correctly I will never return to such an incompetent place.

Could not change oil myself (which I usually do) because drain plug was stripped. I always know that your techs can take care of that for me. I brought a new drain plug to replace the old one because I wasn't sure if your shop would have the right one in stock. Dealt with Lucas and Masyn. They were very friendly and took care of biz the right way. When asked if they thought the stripped plug would be an issue, Masyn: "I've never been defeated by a drain plug before." Loved it.
