I asked on my last visit when would be the best time to bring my pickup in to get all the fluids changed. I came in early and they got on it very quickly as they were not too busy and had a second person help in the pits. They did it in less than an hour and they indicated before it could take up to two hours. I was very pleased with the service and I know I'll be back again when I need to have the oil changed in my car.

This is the friendliest and most helpful car service business I’ve been to in Redmond. All the employees are genuinely nice and happy to everyone. The Assistant Manager is awesome. I do think you need to take better care of them when the air quality is terrible, and it gets bad here. You should look into better doors/air filtration/better building for this specific climate in Central Oregon for the employees standing there breathing wildfire smoke While breathing alllll fumes from the cars/machines/fluids. They should be able to close the doors and work safely.
