There was some problem with the transmission flush and refill- took a long time and then the next day after a short drive the truck would not move forward of back except in 4X4. Manager Travis (I believe his name is) drove to my location, diagnosed the problem as low fluid, returned to shop for fluid, returned to my location and added fluid.Problem solved. I appreciate the personal care I received. Maybe the issue would have been avoided had we took the time to warm up the transmission, shift out of gear and then attempted to put it in gear again. I realize this cannot always be done due to time and need to get to other customers.
