Avoid this place. Boy, do I miss Oil Can Henry's. This place doesn't even remotely compare in any way. They opened my door without asking. They did not check any of my lights. They did not check the cabin filter. They did not reset the oil change required notification. They sure tried to upsell on everything. They removed old oil, then proceeded to tell me they were out of that oil and had to go get more from a location that was actually closer to my home. Had they checked inventory, I could have just gone to the other location and saved time. This was NOT an instant oil change. Not once did they apologize that I had to wait longer. Not one time. They did say they'd refund half. We will see if that happens. Asst. Manager Robert did not apologize or take accountability at all. In fact, he put blame on his employees.
Been going to this location since 2009 when they were Henry's. I will never give this company my money again.
