Staff was very busy there were a lot of customers that day I felt like they handled everything to the best of their ability considering how packed it was what I do want to point out is that one of the staff suggested something and then later came back and said actually his teammate said it was something else and he saved me about $20 by doing that so I did appreciate his double checking this is my Valvoline of choice the workers are always very friendly seem to be very knowledgeable I never feel taken advantage of when I go here and I never worry about the service received on my vehicle.

It was a very busy day. There were three cars waiting behind both bays when I arrived. I think the staff were doing their best. The one thing that made me feel uncomfortable was being referred to as "boss" by the employee interacting directly with me. It's a little thing, but it felt yucky.
