As pleasant an oil change service could possibly be. Was informed of an additive, expected of course, but without the old school sales pressure, Friendly staff, quality work, no condescending attitude from anyone unlike that received maintaining previously owned '98 ZJ and 2011 WK at the nearby Jeep dealership, that I will not name. I thought I was calling my local Valvoline store but ended up getting I guess corporate. I've have a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee that is the turbo diesel version. Not very common so I called to see if they had the oil filter and the proper oil and after a brief hold, I was told that this location had both the filter and the oil. After purchasing my own filter, I got my vehicle serviced and an hour later my engine light came on. Started my vehicle the next morning and it was in safe mode. I was not able to operate the vehicle and missed out on the day with appointments. Called my diesel shop and brought it in the next morning. When it got hooked up to the computer in my vehicle, the code came out 'low oil viscosity'. It turns out that this was not the correct oil and what was recommended for my vehicle so I had to do another oil change with them and obviously not a good experience with Valvoline.
