I actually didn't end up being satisfied at first, 30 mins after the oil change my car alerted me that it was low on oil and to add oil - but I had just gotten an oil change. I called the store and talked Miguel the manager. The next day he drove to me and added a quart of oil, because there was no oil showing on the dip stick. I then drove back to the store and they went over my vehicle. They added another quart of oil. I understand we are human and mistakes can be made - but Miguel went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle was okay and that I was taken care of. I will definitely be coming back!

I love coming to Valvoline they have the best service in town and I’ve been a member for years. They do such great service and are super helpful whenever I get my oil changed. I would recommend them to anyone!!!

I went in for my oil change like I normally do, and today I had the most incredible service. I had a glove compartment that would never close, and Mason noticed it and went out of his way to fix it. He looked through my history and explained things without being pushy. He taught me things I didn’t know about my car and went above and beyond. I was not expecting that. Thank you so much for amazing service today!
