Strike two. Not giving chance for strike three. First time, they overfilled my oil. Put in the entire 5qt bottle. My car takes like 3.8. Second time, didn’t install the underbody plate correctly. Two days later I got on the freeway and the wind pushed it down and caused it to drag on the pavement. I had just replaced it last year so It was brand new. I’m not going back to give them a chance to screw it up again.
