Skid plate which is brand new from my lift kit , torsion bars and other parts of the lift . Oil was dripping on my pavement . Not happy at all. I want an undercarriage clean or a free oil service .

The experience feels more like you are getting the service from a neighbor in the community and less like from a profit-driven corporation. They "get it". Manager was great, but busy doing most of the work. The young man that worked on the top of the engine was a disaster. He was very rough with my air cleaner (nearly stripping bolts), my dip stick (bent) and extremely messy. His overall affect was unprofessional and juvenile. Dripping oil on the floor, engine, and front of both my car and the car in bay next to me. I was repeatedly called "boss". Assistant manager was made aware of the unprofessional behavior and acknowledged the problem. After my oil change I went back into the store to get rags to wipe all the dripped oil off my car. I know it's hard to find good people, but this experience and others like it, could be disastrous to the viability of your business.
