Was promised a 50% off oil change coupon would be emailed to my (by the manager) which I NEVER received. When one of my daughters needed to have the AC charged in her vehicle I told her to go elsewhere.

I stopped by the day before and asked how much it was to service my truck and as told $140.-$160.00 depending ending on oil captivity and grade. I have a 7.3 and a 6.0 diesel. When we finished it was $216.00. I told the mngr I was told160.00 on the 6.0 due to 15 qt. She said by who and I called him over. He then said between 160.00 ti 200,00. She reduced to 200.00. I was irritated a bit but I knew he was rough guessing the first quote. Would have appreciated him telling the truth though.

The attendant quickly solved the incorrect email problem. First, he made me a copy of the email that was not sent to my correct email so I would have a copy of that visit in case he couldn’t resend it to my correct email. Then he resent the receipt form to my correct email. It worked! He explained I would now have an electronic copy and a paper copy. He was very knowledgeable on the computer and solve my problem quickly. Very friendly and eager to help me.
