Manager was great, but busy doing most of the work. The young man that worked on the top of the engine was a disaster. He was very rough with my air cleaner (nearly stripping bolts), my dip stick (bent) and extremely messy. His overall affect was unprofessional and juvenile. Dripping oil on the floor, engine, and front of both my car and the car in bay next to me. I was repeatedly called "boss". Assistant manager was made aware of the unprofessional behavior and acknowledged the problem. After my oil change I went back into the store to get rags to wipe all the dripped oil off my car. I know it's hard to find good people, but this experience and others like it, could be disastrous to the viability of your business.

I didn't have to wait, I was greeted and asked how they could help me. I merely needed my oil changed so the team started the checklist inspection once completed they started the service I requested. I was asked about my green caps on my tires and a new air filter both didn't need to be serviced. I think the service was completed within 20 minutes, which is perfect time wise. The only thing that got my attention was I was shown the dipstick after the oil was changed and it appeared to me that the oil level was above the full line, I didn't it to the attendant and he said it was fine. I'm a repeat customer and I've always been satisfied with the service preformed.

They didn’t do the 18 point inspection didn’t tell me if I needed a new air filter didn’t show it to me. Didn’t check the air in my tires. I was very disappointed. I’ve been going there for a long time and this is the first time I’ve had that experience.

The staff checked off services that were not provided. They failed to provide most of the services paid for, such as airing up the tires, checking lights, and blinkers. Didn’t offer to reset maintenance light. Staff badmouthed previous staff that worked there before. They did not check the air filter at all, didn’t even open it up to look at it, and in turn didn’t provide me a visual inspection of it. This is a reflection of Valvoline’s commitment to customer service, value of the product offered. You have numerous poor reviews for this location for similar issues I experienced on line. I will not ever return to one of your locations for service.
