There were long lines, but staff was well coordinated in their approach to ensure time was not wasted: they did all the preliminary checks and discovery; they did try to upsell me on several items; I agreed to one extra, albeit expensive, service.What I did not like is that they charged me before the service was completed, and did not aske if I had any coupons. I actually, did have a 15%off coupon for the oil change part of the service, but I was told that they couldn't honor it because the payment had already been processed.

I didnu2019t actually need an oil change- they told me I could wait another month, checked my car fluids and sent me on my way. I appreciated that they were willing to not charge me for a service I didnu2019t need yet rather than just do it anyway so they could get paid for it.
