My only complaint is that when I inquired about getting my serpentine belt replaced with Valvoline that day, the employee told me I was better off going somewhere else to get it done. I was confused as to why, since I was told during my last visit it was a service Valvoline offered, and the response I got was, “There just isn’t anyone here today who’s trained for that.” Completely understandable, however, I would have liked to have been told that detail first before being dismissed and told to look elsewhere first.

They didn't provide the services they charged me for, nor did they provide me with a print-out nor email that I requested for work that they recommended. My invoice said they filled my window cleaner which rhey did not, it's still empty. Makes me wonder what other fluids they didnt check nor fill. Sloppy. Rip-off. They had no problem taking my money though. Can't afford to waste my money & be deceived. Can't afford to take our cars back to valvoline. Provide the services you promise. Don't say you provides services that you did not provide. Deceptive & incompetent.
