The work done on my car was great! But the way I was spoken to by the manager wasn’t great. She talked way too fast and also spoke to me like I was a child. I think younger folks often think they have to talk down to people in their 50s. Which just isn’t the case. All she needed to do was slow down and go over things at a reasonable pace, rather than bark orders so fast that I couldn’t even really understand what she needed me to do. Probably won’t go back because of this experience. Will take my business to Jiffy Lube.
