They tightened the bolt for my oil so tight my mechanic had to destroy it in order for it to come off. I had to completely replace the bolt

GRRRREAT oil change service. Things were being explained to me as they were being done. I liked being able to sit in the comfort of my warm car on that cool day.

The manager (I believe his name was Brendon) was just awesome and the staff were all very lovely and helpful, I got multiple services done that all took less than 20 minutes. Did not feel upsold or anything, they were very clear about what needed to be done and why, very transparent service and wonderful staff. I’m impressed and happy that my car is taken care of:)
