Left after an oil change in my 2500 Cummins after telling them to not worry about my air filter because I do it myself. Not only did he fumble around and took the air box apart anyway. But my engine light came on a few miles down the road and the truck ran terrible. Got a new fuel and air filter after dealing with the poor driving for two days only to open the hood and find that the intake hose was not connected to the air box and my diesel has been sucking in dirty air for days. This will be the last time any of my business fleet goes to valvoline. My hope is that this doesn’t create any additional issues.
