The last time I was told that I had a transmission and oil leak I made sure I asked the attendant that I highly trust cause heu2019s been there for a long time hadnu2019t seen him in a while. If the transmission was OK he said it was fine and it was full. Also, no leaks from my oil. I am burning it but thereu2019s no leaks like I was told before I wish I could remember his name. I would highly recommend him he did say he was going to become a manager soon. he remove the false documentation at the bottom of my note on comments thanks to him I feel safe in my vehicle again.

I said I wanted synthetic 15/40 oil and pointed to what was put into the Cheve at the last oil change at a different shop. He said something like u201cOkayu201d he agreed. At the end of the service he handed me the invoice and didnu2019t go over anything and helped guide me out. Driving home I noticed the Oil Service Indicator Light was still on even though it was checked u201cResetu201d on my invoice. My husband looked at the invoice and told me to drive back because they used the wrong oil!! I had to deal with his freak out. I told him the 5W40 on the invoice was probably a typo because I verbally requested 15W40 and was told yes! So he called and was told it was in fact 5W40 because itu2019s the manufactureru2019s recommendation.. However upon many internet searches and direct info from Chevrolet they highly recommend 15W40!! What you guys used is a less expensive version mainly for temperatures under zero degrees. Bottom line.. When I ask for a product and am told thatu2019s what Iu2019m getting, I should have been told something different was being used!
