I was a bit disappointed with the service today. Firstly the coupon I presented was turned down because it was a "corporate" coupon and apparently this location is a franchise. I looked through the web site for this location and found no mention of this policy, they did provide a coupon of $10 less value.
I asked if they checked the air filter and was told no, " the boss doesn't like us to do that because it requires too many panels to be removed. They also didn't check the air pressure in the tires.
I understand that some of things that they offer in the 18 point checklist may be a hassle to do but it sure would be nice if they would have done them.
As far as the coupon, not a huge deal, but disappointing.
Upfront communication would have been nice.
I will return as there are little other choices in Tillamook.
