We came here three weeks ago, service member took our Air filter out to show us it was dirty, didn’t put it back in properly “missed a clip” which caused a bunch of dirt to clog up a sensor on the vehicle, vehicle shut off while driving, had it towed, had to rent a car to wait while the dealership worked on it, couldn’t figure out what was wrong, two days later found out it was because the air filter wasn’t put back in properly. $250 in towing fees, $250 in diagnostic fees, $200 in rental car fees. Next time don’t touch the air filter.
