I needed a new air filter - the staff showed me the filthy filter - but didn't have a replacement in stock and recommended I go to a nearby auto parts store. They also suggested I get my transmission fluid replaced but there was no pressure to do it then and there.

Be prepared to deal with a dead battery. The car was blocking the lane because they didn't have the battery charger charged! Didn't have jumper cables to jump the battery.
