They checked my battery's charge as I had to start and stop my car several times to run the air conditioning, however when I got home the cover for the positive terminal was missing. I went back to let them know, however they could not find it and would not let me look in their garbage where I'm sure it was. The person checking and attaching the clamps to the terminals would have had to remove it and didn't follow through to find it before closing the hood. I was told the manager is on vacation and they will let him know when he returns to get it replaced.

To clarify, my experience at the Barber/Capitol Hwy was ok and usually is. They did an oil change but were out of rear differential fluid so sent me to the location at Nyberg St. They were out also, and had me call another location that did have it (they didn’t have time to call, no biggie). Unfortunately I was behind a person that they said they were wrapping up with, but ended up stuck behind that person for about 40 minutes and didn’t have time to go to the 3rd location. They were nice at first but then ignored me until I could finallly pull through, and didn’t say anything about having to wait so long, just directed me out. I had an issue there before so won’t be going back to that Nyberg St location.
