The oil change was quick and easy. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. The technician suggested changing the filters but I said I had some on order, and he did not force me into it. He also gave me information my battery, fluid levels, etc. which I found very helpful.

I have gone to the store on Webster in Milwaukie and the one on Molalla Ave in Oregon city. Service was ok, but hands down the Woodburn location is the best. They are so nice, professional and very efficient. I’m so happy I discovered that location as I live in Molalla.

Biggest problem was the person talking to me from his console. His English was terrible and I asked him several times to slow down and speak louder. He didn’t. I know we live in a highly Hispanic area, but you need multiple people to care for elderly English speaking customers

When I arrived there was a Toyota Tundra in the bay I was directed to. There was another car between me and the Tundra. My line sat as we watched four other vehicles cycle through the adjacent bay all getting oil changes. Eventually an associate came out and apologized for the delay (which was extensive) because they had to reinstall a skid plate on the Tundra. I get that, but they had to know that was going to take a differential amount of time and should have managed arrivals and lines accordingly instead of letting us just sit. My biggest complaint though was that once I got home and looked over my receipt I noticed they did not check my tire pressures, did not perform a battery check, and did not even open my air cleaner box to check the filter. I still got charged the same price as always. I normally get a veteran's discount so that doesn't count. That's a shabby way to speed people through once you've mismanaged the front end lines....by shortcutting the performance of normal services. Normally the Woodburn location is top-notch. I'll give them another try, but if they pull the same thing again there will definitely be a delay while I get out & direct their work.
