As I drove away I heard a weird rattling. I turned around and returned. They lifted my hood and saw that a bolt (from my replacement air filter) had not been tightened. So they tightened it and the rattling went away.

I don't love the constant upsell initiatives, but it is tolerable. I've gotten good at saying no. It's interesting that the manager (who typically waits on me each visit) doesn't seem to remember that he saw me the day before for another vehicle. Also not critical to my loyalty though. The one area for improvement would be consistently checking the lights and tires. That only happens about half the time. I have 9 vehicles, so I come in frequently.
