It was an issue with the staff at this location not resetting the oil back to 100%. I had to drive back for a second visit in the pouring rain and the manager was nice enough to come out and help me take care of it. I understand he just took over this location in March and he asked me if I had ever seen any of these people before and I said no because I go to this location at least every three or four months.

I had my oil changed on July 10th and the car had zero oil as we were driving on July 11th. The vehicle was smoking and the vehicle was not running properly. We had to pull over and call a tow truck. We had the fluids looked at by a mechanic and the O ring was broken. It is obviously the fault of the Valvoline staff. The vehicle could have been severely damaged by this mistake by your staff. We will be calling to be reimbursed for the oil change mistake and for the oil change we had to have done to refill the lost oil. And for the hotel we needed to get for the night since we couldn’t drive the vehicle until the morning. Ibwill be expecting a phone call or email from a Valvoline representative in the near future to settle this issue. If you take pride in the Valvoline brand and the quality expected from your customers, this issue will be reasoned as soon as possible.

The staff checked a multitude of items on my car, including tire pressure. They were under the car. They failed to look at the tires, including when they were checking tire pressure. One of my tires was totally smooth. I was never made aware of that condition. The following day while driving on the local interstate in the rain I lost control of the car due to the smooth tire. Fortunately, I was able to recover control. I very nearly had a major if not fatal accident. All because your technicians failed to alert me to the dangerous condition of my tire.I did call the store and talked to the manage, Daren. he listened to my complaint and said they don't look at tires. How could you not look at a smooth tire when your in the pit under the car? All he did was say that's not what they look at and then hung up on me.Is that typical of Valvoline service? Is that how you train your managers to interact with customers?

I needed an oil change and check tires and all fluids as I was going on vacation the next day to New Jersey. They checked everything added some other fluids that were needed. They showed me how bad my air filter was I purchased a new one and the staff was helpful giving me $10 off the regular price.All the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and made sure was car was safe for my trip. This location has only two service bays and only one was operating so there was a long wait just to reach the service bay. I was able to use an online coupon so that was good. Unfortunately unlike other similar places they do not wash your windows or vacuum your floor mats. And they failed to change the service indicator setting. Darren was friendly on an extremely hot day.

I waited 40 minutes to be seen, at which point was finally asked what services I was there for. I mentioned my main priority was getting my AC charged and I needed an oil change, but only after completing the entire oil change was I told they could not service my AC (even though this was listed on the website as a location that does so). They said I needed to go to the Robinson location, which would now take me another hour or two to do since I already waited at this location for so long before and during the oil change. They also did not put air in my tires that were low (as indicated on my dashboard), they did not check my wipers or my lights (one of which was out which I later found out was out), nor check my filters. The staff was short with me and communication clearly was lacking. I will be writing a google review as well.
