The Bridgeville, PA location was the second location that I visited on this day. It took me 2 1/2 hours to get my oil changed. I left the first location (Robinson Twp, PA) after waiting for almost an hour to get into a bay. I arrived at the Bridgeville location and I was the fifth car waiting (two in bays and two more waiting in front of me). I waited another hour to be seen and then a half hour to get my oil changed. The manager was extremely nice but also in no mood to get it done quickly. It seems to me that Valvoline has an employee issue. You canu2019t seem to get enough employees to staff your locations. 2 1/2 hours to get an oil change on a car with 20,000 miles is ridiculous.

there was a line of cars and Some of the maintenance checks were marked as completed or checked, but they did not do them. I didn't see anyone check my tire pressure, I had to ask for the window sticker and I reset the oil service indicator myself when I got home. I am not sure about the other items but there was no one under the hoof for very long at all.

We were there over 45 minutes because the team couldn't remove a differential drain plug to charge the oil in it. I don't think a service should be offered if you don't give the team the ability to actually complete it (ie - maybe some heat to remove the plug?)
