Tim was very courteous and professional throughout the service. As soon as he realized that a component of my vehicle was essentially only serviceable by the dealer due to the design of that component he advised me of the situation and explained that one of the other services I was getting was "more important" so we proceeded from there. I generally hate to get my vehicle srviced and compared to your competition i feel much more comfortable with the staff and value at Valvoline than other places. See you in a handful of months.

My tires are supposed to be 32. I measured afterwards and 3 were over 50, and one was 25. I called the manager afterwards and he said they probably hooked it to the pump and forgot about it. That doesn’t explain the 25 and it’s also unacceptable. If they forgot and then returned to the pump they should have bled the excess
